This is my first design research board. Canada is a diverse country, indeed it is the second largest country in the world. The map shows just how large the country is and it also shows it's provinces. The next image shows one of canada's iconic animals, the grizzly bear. Below is one of the natural wonders of the canadian landscape: Niagara Falls, nothing compares to viewing the falls up close, the sound, and the spray make it in unforgettable experience. Next up is the CN tower of Toronto, and another of Canada's iconic wildlife, the Moose.
The second research board focusses on Canada's biggest sport and one that encompasses and surrounds the country, ice hockey. The game was first played in Canada on the 3rd March 1875 in Montreal, Quebec. The top image is Montreal's Centre Bell, the arena for the Montreal Canadiens, the most successful team in the NHL with 24 Stanley Cup victories. The second is a fan, proudly displaying that hockey is Canada's game. Below that are 2 of the top Canadian hockey teams, the Montreal Canadiens and the Toronto Maple Leafs. I feel that hockey could be a good way to promote visits to Canada as the passion and energy for a sport is, in my opinion unrivalled in any country.
